beta ratings for oil filters

you can probably find them, especially if you call or email directly the manuf.
and i'm sure amsoil and k&n will give you numbers,
but the beta ratio for an auto oil filter doesn't mean a whole lot. That number doesn't stay constant for that type of filter once in operation, and it's also based on the micron rating which is different among filters (and if you even believe it) which also doesn't stay constant once in operation. i think the beta ratio/rating is relevant primarily in hydraulic systems/fluids.
