Default cylinder bore vs piston size

I have a 6.0 lq4 I recently purchased a set of stock replacement pistons for. The seller thought they were .010 over but wasn't sure so upon receiving them I took some measurements and they are 4" diameter same as the bore size so does that mean they are .010 over or .005 I tried to find Lq4 stock piston diameter but no luck any help would be appreciated thx.

you will get different measurements depending where you measure on the piston also so be aware. I was told by JE that they measure 1" up from the bottom of the skirt across the skirt. add a few thousandths to that and that should be the bore size.
