Turbo matching File. At work today, I put together a quick excel file to find corrected flow and pressure ratio given engine displacement and desired boost (we-borgwarner- had a file on had, I just wanted to create a simplified version) These points will give you xy coordinates to plot on a compressor map. This is not a specific file, just something to give you a quick Idea and a broad range of what you should use. All of my figures i have assumed 100% volumetric efficiency which is not going to be correct over the whole rev range. This will vary on head design and cams design etc. but if you optimize VE at one part of the rev range you will probably loose out at another area.

I have a similar file, except mine also takes into account the turbine side allowing you to do a power match between the compressor and turbine which will tell you the expected spool of a given turbo based on your engine parameters (assuming you have access to a turbine map). You can also input the A/F ratio and BSFC to calculate your power and torque curves of the engine
I'd like a look at this file...I've been touching up my file a little and including volumetric efficency and different conversions for different turbo companies maps..such as cfm, kg/s, and lb/min.
