Help removing the panel around the stereo

Default Help removing the panel around the stereo

I need to remove the plastic panel around the stereo and heating/AC control. How does this panel come off in T/A's does it just pop off or do I need a special tool to remove the panel. Please help...Thank You...Michael

No sure in a T/A, but in my Z it just pulls right off.

did you use a little srcew driver to pop it off or how did you do it? I attempted to stick my finger in there last night a pop it off but that did not work. This is in a T/A....thanks

Grab it with both hands at the center piece that seperates the AC from the stereo.

Pull straight back and it will come out. It's held in place by some metal clips that expand/contract. You'll see what I mean when it comes off.

It may be kind of hard to get off the first time.
