Default Headrest Mount

Does anyone know how to make or buy an adjustable headrest stem. I really need my headrest to roll 2" forward to meet my head. I could bend the stalks but I really don't like that option.
Thanks Ed

You can always try to find some from the LT1 years ( I think early years)

I have an idea how about just getting the headrest from the LT1 cars.

weren't they alot thicker than the LS1 ones?

Yes they were, but they suck because they'd never stay forward on the adjustment. They'd always pop back to the rear position. When I had an LT1 car, I finally took them apart one day & drove a screw into them to hold them up front.

Even tho I've NEVER read about anyone doing this, ...
I'd be willing to bet that if you took the LS1 style to an upholstery shop, they could modify them & add some thickness to the front area & make a new cover using the old cover as a base pattern. That would be the oppotune time to add the embroidery also.
