are you saying that just the custom plate is $123/yr? or that is your whole registration cost..
in AZ i think the tags were $25/yr and my regs about $70
in indiana its $48 a year for a custom tag and $46 for the rest of the registration, so $94 a year
FWIW i couldn't use my plate in illinois. BLK95TA is my plate
