Where do you guys normally bring a power wire threw the firewall in for an aftermarket amp? I was just wondering if you have to drill a hole or is there some sort of hole in the firewall that you could bring it threw??

There's a hole by the PCM on the passenger side.

 

Is it ok to run a power line next to the PCM like that?

I drilled a hole under the steering shaft.

 

I drilled a hole under the steering shaft as well. Just umm....

Be Sure to pull it away form the headers, my friend was incharge of the engine side while I was pulling it and forgot all about it, blew a few fuses and melted the wire pretty good <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">
