i think overall the rims changed it for the better!! pictures really dont do the car justice.
Madice- I have tried a couple of things to get that fender to settle and it wont. I think it may be warped? also, I am thinking if the foam behind it is pushing it up, I can carve that down some! we will see!

Its possible someone maybe hit that bumper area slightly to crack the foam and cause it to bulge up. If thats the case then yes you can just trim it back down. Push down on the area and see if it'll push down easy. If it doesn't then the foam is pushing it up. You'll have to take the bumper cover off and inspect it regardless.
cool, when I get a minute one weekend ill get in there and trim it away. She did get it in a wreck with the front bumper and we replaced the foam and the new GM bumper. probably something easily fixed

madice you hit the nail on the head. its bulging out a bit since my wreck..the bumper is brand new GM bumper but i feel like its the foam underneath causing the bumper to look like that... i really got to take the time one day and actually fix it.. never have the time!!
btw i changed the rims bc they were curbed to hell and back and i wanted a bigger tire out the back and i wanted it to look for "old school".. plus the tires are cheaper
