Help out a new member
Hey waz up, i just got my 2002 Z28 and i am pissed off with the daytime running lights. I want to be able to drive around with just my fogs on and if it gets a little dark my lights will go on. Is there any way to get rid of this headache.

Do a search on it...but i thought they came on automatically when the car is on then at night they all come on. But I'm sure you can make them go off somehow....Try a search.... <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

I'm not sure if it works on Camaro's but on my 97 Tahoe z71 the daytime running lights can be disengaged by barely engaging the emergeny brake to where the light comes on but it doesn't actually come into contact with the brakes. You can try that I can understang how that is aggrevating as on the Trans Ams front park lights stay on (at night)

Here is the fix. I did it in about 25 minutes. Its very easy, just follow the instructions. Now you can manually control your headlights.

Doesn't that link above disable the DRL's completely? Are you wanting to drive with BOTH the DRL's and the fog lights at night? If so, all I did was remove the photo cell and connect the two wires together with a t-tap.
