hey great build but i wanted to know what can be done about the gaps the headlights. you can tell the driver side looks pretty good. but the passenger side don't. my car is the same way. i was thinking of ordering new headlight brackets and looking for other good front end brackets. the top lip on the bumper cover and hood doesn't line up great either. idk.. any tips?

Sorry, I ended up giving that to my friend who has a buddy at a bodyshop that is going to fix it.

Im back from Beech Bend Raceway where I made a pass before handing the racing duties over to Am_Muscl (Jason) who was wanting to race the car since his still is not finished and I had no real desire to compete other than to make one pass or two to see what it would do.

I made two passes during the test and tune where I ran a 13.8 with a hesitation on the 2-3 shift. I then got it down to 13.5 with the same hestitation but the 110 degree temp today, there was no getting ETs lower with Jason driving later. I think with lower temps and the hestitation it would be a solid mid to high 12 second car. Something to keep Keenen busy, who will be taking over the "Black94z28" name and this build thread.

Keenen will upload some videos and pictures of my runs on here later as well. So help Keenen out as he is a car "newbie" and will have tons of questions as he finishes this car.

Thank you! It was a nice ending to the car! Taken as a junkyard ready car when I purchased it to making it into one of the top magazines with a great picture!

Hope the new owner is enjoying it. Talked to him the other day and he wants to go through the engine and rebuild it!

Awesome car man!! TOo bad you had to let it go, however it is for a good cause in my book (I am obsessed with Pontiacs)... Can you send me a link to your LeMans thread on performanceyears? I recently acquired a 1972 Firebird I would like to make a thread for, my goal is to get it ready to hit the road by the summer so I can cruise with my dad in his 1972 Formula...

Im pretty sure if this is the car I was helping get ready for the shoot out. The paint was out of this world and the LS conversion was top notch. Good to see a thread on it after working on it with you guy in the parking lot of the hotel. And thanks for letting my boys sit in it. They loves it too
