I think he had it done at Classic Soft Trim in Houston through the dealer. I don't remember the cost.Look Here
This is where I'm thinking of taking the truck in the future. They have other locations.

Greg is correct, Classic Soft Trim did the work locally. Back in '98 when I had it done, invoice on the upgrade was $800 installed, and it retailed for $1200 installed.
