Default Superman09's New Car...... C5 Vette

Well the Trans Am was parted out and sold this summer. First week of October I bought this BONE STOCK 1999 Sebring Silver M6 C5 Coupe. It has just 35k miles on it and is in great shape. It is loaded as well with HUD, active handling, sport seats, etc. Here is a pic of what it looked like the day i bought it....

Since then, i've made the car my own... Here are the mods so far in order....

20% window tint around...

Front and rear blackout kit......

Then up on my buddies lift for the Corsa Pace Car w/ 3.5" Pro Tips install

18/19 Cray Scorpion wheels

Rear CORVETTE fill-in, front as well

Time to ditch the 4x4!

FattDaddy's installed up front!

And finally ditched the body side moldings and lowered the rear even more to give it a level stance.... officially slammed!

I love the vette. It is just steps above the TA across the board. The power is definately a huge downgrade coming from a 670 rwhp TT trans am to a stock C5, but having reliability on my side is some nice peace of mind for a change. Other than the power, the vette is great. I love the M6 after having the TA be an A4. The interior has plenty of more features such as the heads up display, in car guage monitoring, etc. The ride is much nicer even when slammed, handling is much better, its just an overall nicer car and i am VERY pleased with the upgrade. Plus in my opinion, the vette looks better than my TA

I think the rear blackouts really cheapen the whole appearance, but otherwise very nice And congrats!

People either love em' or hate em'. I personally like them. However my buddy that does paint/body work has been tinting lights with a clearcoat with some black mixed in and it looks amazing and very professional. He will be doing all of my lights soon and the covers will go.

i like how the the pictures of the upgrades correspond with the changing of the leaves in your yard to snow haha

Thanks Larry!

As for the corresponding leaves.... lmao. Thats a good eye! Car was bought recently on October 6th when the first pics were taken. All the pics were taken as the mods were done in order. Last pics were taken today, December 3rd..... Michigan changes a lot in 2 months

Looks awesome, are you adding nice drilled and slotted rotors? You can add the chrome grills over the blackouts on the back and that would look sweet.
