Has anyone ever purchased and installed these? I'm eventually going for a carbon fiber look on my car and making a "wish list", but I'm not sure about these.

I have seen them on an LT1 Camaro. I don't think I would use them for looks. To me they are primarily for protection from bugs. I would also like to get a set just for that reason.
