Having some trouble with the Porter Cable...
I'm using the orange LC pad with Menzerna Intensive Polish
Then white LC pad with Tropi-Care Swirl Cutter
Tropi-Care Sealant
Tropi-Care Wax...
I can still see micro-marring when I'm finished... I've never had this problem with a rotary buffer...
No matter how many passes I make with the swirl cutter, I'm still seeing the tiny swirls under heavy direct light...

You should have no problem with that process. Make sure your pad is clean. Otherwise, you'll need to compound with a yellow or orange pad and follow up with the white.

Are you still seeing the micro marring caused from the IP? You might need to do more passes with the TC swirl cutter.
Or are you seeing the original swirls? If that then you might need something more aggressive from the get go. Possibly a yellow pad as mentioned.

After the intensive polish, I would follow up the final polish from menzerna, not the tropi care product. It should clear up any problems. If you really want to go crazy, use the menzerna SIP, and then the ceramic polish, to really give it a nice shine.

keep in mind, the PC doesnt have the power output nor does it make as much heat as a rotary. It will take more time and more steps with the PC over the rotary. Its circular vs random orbital. I find myself going over spots more than once while using my PC.
