I put two 12" subs in my trunk this weekend. When I even turn them up the slightest, the hatch area vibrates on the outside. I'm sure you guys know what I am talking about. To me the area that seems to be vibrating the most and making the noise is the lower piece under the trunk lid. On the outside that says CAMARO and the lights themselves. With the subs playing and me holding these pieces the vibrations stop.
So, my question is what can I do to make the shaking stop. Such as deadening material, bracing, etc....

I would assume that if you installed some moisure resistnt foam rubber isolators where the panel and lights contact the body that should reduce or eliminate your problem
