Changing the side markers on TA?

Changing the side markers on TA? I need to change the bulbs on my front/rear side markers due to inspection (must be orange and I have clear sides w/ white bulbs).
Rear was easy, 2 screws. Front's I can't seem to figure out how to get the panel off! No screws...I have the long rectangular kind. Search the forum up and down with no luck.

If its like the 1998-2002...
Look under the car, in front of each front wheel. There is a trap door secured by one or two bolts. Unbolt it and open it. Look up and you'll see the back of the side-marker. Then you can reach up and twist-and-pull to remove the bulbs.
