Last pic of SS before New wheels I had an accident where I had a front tire blow out and throw my car into a curb destroying the pass. side Chrome ZR1's. So I have a set of chrome 10 spoke z06 wheels on the way but wanted to put up one last pic of my car before they get here.

17x9.5 all four corners in chrome with MT ET Streets! My car is lowered almost 2 inches and my PHB, LCA, TQ arms, ect all look just badass from the back and the wheels are guna add some sickness!! I am thinking out doing a couple black stripes..check out my other thread and give me your ideas. Thanks for the comment...yours looks great...I almost did the black ZR1's with machined lip.

I'm not trying to be difficult but you bought 4 new wheels with MTs when you only needed 2 ZR1s? I love the look of the Chrome ZR1s but if you wanted to change wheels altogether, that's cool. Also, the 11in ZR1s are gonna be a good bit heavier than the Z06s. Might do better just to keep MTs on the Z06s and sell the ZR1s. The MTs will hook just fine and have less resistance, less rotating mass which will equal faster times.

Car looks good, ive been thinking of maybe going with some chrome ZR1's for the SS. So your pic helps me out a little... Im in no rush since i really like the ss wheels but wouldnt mind having another set of wheels lol

Hey guys! The wheels have been sent and are supposed to be here soon! I am hoping they will be on my front porch when I get home today!!!
As for why did I buy a whole new set of wheels and tires? Well, i destroyed not only the wheels but the tires as well....and to buy a brand new 315 goodyear eagle F1 to match the other side isnt cheap not to mention the cost of a new set of fronts and the 349.00 for the two new chrome ZR1's..I figured if I was guna have to spend that much I might as well do something diffrent than I had....
I actually traded a set of cnc heads, a cam, and some pushrods for the new Zo6's and tires. Then I sold my front good ZR1 to cover shipping both ways... The Z06's are coming with MT ET streets on the BACK and a basic set of 275's on the front. I am keeping my good rear 11.5 inch ZR1...and buying another one along with some 315's to swap out rears to use for track and cruise days. I know they weigh more...but they are 2 inches wider and I would think with a low PSI 315 slick...it would make sense?
I am hoping to have my tails blacked out by the time I get the wheels on. I also already put in the black Camaro insert letters in the red berger pannel! I will make sure to post lots of pics...may do the whisler mod but idk because the chrome backing of the headlights seems to look good with the chrome wheels and Borla tips and keeps it clean looking. Soon after that I am doing the black SLP stripe kit to finish it off.

Ooooohhhhhhh. You traded for the wheels. That makes sense. Cool deal man. Hope they turnout to be what you want. Glad everything worked out in your favor and looking forward to some pics. BTW, you wouldn't happen to be trading for chrome C6Zs from a guy in SC would you?
