thats pretty bad. i think you have two options. option a, try to somehow take the fender off, and fix the hanger, or option b rip the fender off and get a new one :/

thats pretty bad, but ive seen worse. you can bend it with it on there still. use the methods that have been discussed on here...you will see its not that hard.

BTW where are you located? if you are in So Cal i can offer to lend a helping hand to get it straight again.

ok well i got the fenders and door gap perfect.

used a leather hammer and a piece of nylon wedge. bent them till the fenders lined back up. once it warms up a bit ill get it on jackstands and remove the fenders and fabricate some new mounts

It looks like the fender may have been pushed out from lifting. It is an annoying thing with these 4th gens. Unfortunately the only way you can prevent this from happening is to be VERY **** about how the car is lifted. You will have to inspect the lift points every time before the thing goes in the air. Another thing, just because the lift points may be on the right spots doesn't necessarily mean that your fenders won't get pushed out (I found this out myself). The lift arms MUST be clear away from the lift tabs. When the car gets lifted, there will be some settling from its weight, and if the lift arm is under the tab, the car will end up resting on the lift arm, thus pushing out the tab. It is quite annoying and its one of the flaws that you have to live with thanks to GM.

Aside from that, another thing is that the 4th gens are filled with uneven body gapping. You will get all kinds of gaps that won't match from side to side, either with the doors and fenders, the bumper seam where it meets the fender, and the trunklid, even the t-top edges. I've learned to live with them since it was something that was designed in. The lift procedures, however, you will need to be on top of everyone that lifts the car.

Edit
^^ The TA above. The tabs with the two bolts has to be bent back (carefully) until its pointed downwards and/or you have a good door/fender alignment. See the other posts above.
