Painting painted calipers

Painting painted calipers I painted my calipers black a couple years ago and now im wanting to paint them red. How do I get the old paint off? I used the duplicolor caliper painting kit from autozone, I tried a wire brush and it took a while to get a dime sized chunk out... is there a fast way to do this? thanks! If I remember correctly, I used break cleaner and a wire brush to get them clean for the black pant.
