Blackbird's "shield" shaped badge?

Blackbird's "shield" shaped badge? What are the shield shaped badges that are on the front q/p's and the nose of the Blackbird editions? They look kinda like the "last of the breed badges" but they arent - esp the one on the nose. I've actually seen them on several T/A's that werent any special edition
