Default Fixed antenna conversion

I'm converting my broken power antenna into a fixed antenna and was hoping someone could help me with what parts I need. I already have the actually antenna part which would screw in, but I need all the rest of the parts. I already checked gmpartsdirect.com and it's confusing as hell. Part numbers or other such help would be greatly appreciated!

Go snag one off of a V6 car at the Junk Yard..probably wouldn't cost you anything.
