People with niteshades

I need your help, I did my taillights a few days ago and came out great, not too dark, but I still want brighter bulbs. Has anyone found a brighter bulb for the taillights and actually installed them. Pics would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I don't necessarily think there are "brighter bulbs". However, say if the tail lights are 3157 bulbs, see if you can find LED 3157's. They might be brighter, but don't hold me to it.

the only LEDs actually brighter than are filament are luxeon bulbs. i believe they sell halogen bulbs made for tail lights. its like having a headlight bulb in your tail light.

is this what your talking about, if so do you have any on your car installed. looks like the beam would be too narrow

yes thats what i was talking about. i have custom made LED tail lights. im not sure if the beam is too narrow its 130 degrees so it shouldnt be. maybe someone else here has installed them.
