That company may have been "Last Knight Fiberglass". They are gone now though, or at least their website no longer works.
There is another company called: "Advanced Designs in Automotive Technology". They don't appear to have a 4th-gen dash listed, but they do have a nose and overhead console.

i've seen that pic before and that looks exactly like my car did when i first saw that pic, except for the $3500 nose (i didn't have the ram air hood yet)
i got rid of the POS car alarm i had but if i ever put another one in, i think it'd be cool to do the scanner lights in the ram air scoops similar to how the new KITT mustang has them.

incidently i'm pretty sure that the road adjacent to there (route 27 in the everglades) was used for filming part of smokey and the bandit 3. the power lines look identical to some parts of that movie.
