Default Thinking about making a new front bumper for Camaros...

So I'm possibly going to have a new front bumper made for Camaros. It will be like the Dick Harrell front bumper:

Basically we're going to take a Camaro bumper and graft my splitter on to it...

I'm just wondering if it will look good without the rest of the wide body... I think it will but may offer some fenders regardless. Only thing is most people can get a bumper put on and painted (I think all could be done for under $1000, buying the bumper shipping the bumper and customer having it painted and installed) but most people can't do the body work or pay the thousands of dollars to get the rear quarters put on, blended and painted.

SO, do you think it would look good to just have a bumper with a bottom lip grafted on (like the Dick Harrell cars) shaped after my splitter?

Of course there would be other mods, like the holes for the crappy factory grille would be gone...

I'd like to see you do the wide front and rear fenders, I have your front splitter so do I get a discount if you do the front bumper?

I have wondered what your splitter would look like grafted on since the debut. I hope you follow through.

+1 for the bumper and I would be intrested in the rear wide body fenders (carbon fiber would be cool for weight reduction - but would have to be able to accept paint). More intrested in the rear than the front as i do not want to build a dh clone.

Signing up and watching for results.

from the "not another wide body thread" yeah very nice. if 6litereater can pull-off 5th gen camaro grill for the 4th gen that would be very cool addition to this kit.

Haha, i wanted to buy your splitter and try to do that, so if you wanna go ahead and do all the hard work that would be great. I don't know if you'll be able to keep the price low enough to make it worth it, but i'd love to have that bumper, wouldnt care about the wide fenders

not sure if it is still on his website - but he had a cardboard proto type of a grill insert that looked like the grill from the new 5th gen camaro.

You would install this grill in place of your 4th gen grill (in SparkyJJo's sig pic it would replace the front grill where your license plate is located)

I would love to have the bumper IF the widebody kit is available as well.... (I'd have to make it worth it to respray the Candy)

OK looked it up, looks nice... Always the issue with any grill besides stock is I'd have to cover it up with a plate

iI REALLY, RALLY want to see it. I've been waiting to see the 5th gen style grille since I saw the first prototype months ago....I think the waterjet guy had health complications and it got slightly delayed.

As for this bumper...like I said Mark....i'm down to check it out!!...and it looks like these guys are too.

Oh, and if you guys aren't on his site yet, go check it out. And in the forum section you can find the new products thread.

Go look and you'll be a step ahead of the game.

Fenders and quarters are already out there so I doubt we'll offer them. I'm seriously considering the front bumper though... I think it would look good on a stock car with no wide body panels (just like a splitter does).
