Front and rear tail lights

So what's the trick to get these things out? Are there any company's out there that make smoked black front and rear covers? I would assume some of you have painted yours..suggestions on paint? Picks are welcome too

Oh and btw I'm taking about the front and rear bumper sidemarker lights

you can get them on ebay in black,smoke chrome, clear and carbon fiber I believe..

for me, on the 02, it was a bitch twisting them out. Had to do a little damage to the sides. It's black-and-white with these things. Either they slide right out, or you need to take a nice big breath. Side lights just screw out in 10secs. You don't really paint them, just ebay a set.
