Default Console for t-top headliner?

I would like to mount a V1 stealthly yet get the best radar detection. I'll mount the remote elsewere but want the main unit out of site of cops and sticky fingered people.

Was wondering if anybody's mounted a compass/temp/clock/etc... type console along their headliner above the rearview mirror on a t-top car.

I'm sure I'd have to modify it for detection purposes. I don't even care if it serves any other function if it will disguise my detector.

I thought about that too, I think it would be cool to have nitrous/line lock switches up there.
