Default polish engine bay/ hiding wires

Hey guys! Its been a while since i have been on here but was wondering if anyone could let me know the best way to polish up all of the metal in the engine bay. I saw a camaro a long time ago that had all of the parts almost looking like chrome. I also wanted to know if anyone had any instructions on hiding the wires in the engine bay
Thanks
Tom
