Default GS stripes are on...

Decided to do something different and installed some GS stripes this morning, im liking them so far. A small add on, compared to sideflags or hockey stripes. There's a few air bubbles but im sure they'll clear up over time with the sun. Car's dirty by the way & dont mind the horses head in the background on the last pic lol I took time to crop the pics, so they wouldnt be so huge...

I got them Flat Silver from FourthCircleDesigns. There a bit darker then the 35th stripes but they still look like they match in certain angles.

Oh and i know, i need to lower the damn car lol

Those look good! On some cars I don't like them, but they go really well with the stripes.

i like them.....on both your car and mine they really go with the stripes. i also agree. alot more subtle than sideflags or hockey stripes IMO. i only have them on one side of mine seeing that the original GS vettes only had them on the lft side. alot of people disagree with GS stripes on a camaro but i think they add to the look. without the GS stripes is plain to me. i eyeballed the **** out of pictures and made templates and painted mine on. i dont like the idea of vinyls being stuck on my car

yeaa, i had a tape measure out to try and even up both sides, black electrical tape to mark the spot i wanted to put the stripes on. took me a good while but it came out good. my front bumper at the bottom and towards the top of the grille section needs to be re-painted, along with parts on the hood because of small rock chips. So sometime in the future, i may get the car repainted completely and have the gs stripes painted on and maybe even the 35th stripes if i can find someone locally to paint those on.

35th stripes seem like it would be a lil pricey to paint on and looks like a lil airbrushing would be involved for the shadowing effect

ya thats tru. it would be worth it in the long run and would last. the 35th stripe kit itself is quite pricey. a local bodyshop owner here bought a wrecked 35th and had to pay like $600 for the 35th stripes, ended up messing up the first stripe kit and had to re-order another stripe kit. $1200 altogether on the stripe kit is just insane

Personally, i just think it looks a little better with the stripes on both sides but either way still looks good.
