I really love your engine bay!! Can you tell me where you got some of those things? Like the SS battery cover(does it stay on all the time or only for shows?). What about those bolts custom bolts everywhere? Or those chrome pieces? Or those carbon fiber lookin pieces up front that took the place of the ugly plastic ones? Can you point in the right direction here? Thanks for the info and congrats on a freakin' awesome bay!

Battery cover from MBA - http://www.mbaproducts.com - along with all the caps and covers.. I just ordered the new billet dipstick handle
Chrome: was a matter of pulling off all the brackets i could and sending them to a good chrome plating show.. the hood hinges will be the most expensive.. this is an area where you get what you pay for as far as quality
CF was done by SoCal Images http://www.socalimages.com nice guy and did a good job.. reasonable prices too..
Fasteners: from a company called Hillco in Garden Grove CA.. you would be better off to find one near you though as its an exercise in trial & error.. ive spent hours digging through their parts bins looking for things that would work These shops are the type that cater to Rod guys.. check your yellow pages..
The rest is just cleaning things up.. re-routing wires and removing factory stickers (i put them on a sheet of plastic for reference).. I also polished the AC Condensor with a dremel and painted the TB
Let me know if you have more questions..

Re: Steve2000SS
Socalimages can cover allmost anything in a carbon fiber type covering. They did all my stuff and it turned out great. You can buy all of the polished caps and battery cover from MBA products. I sent all my brackets under the hood to JetHot and had them coated, but Steve's chrome looks much better.
