Do you have to take the bumper off to paint it?

Nope.

For the bumper support, there are five fasteners that attach to the bumper, four that attach to the radiator support and two on top that attach to the hood latch support.
Then just pull it out.
Be cautious not to pull hard on the bumper itself while removing the bumper support, you can add some nice waves in the paint by flexing the top of the bumper.

For the washer fluid reservior it's only four fasteners, if I remember correctly.

What size grommet did you use for the wire mod and where did you get it from?

i ended up using some door-edge material. (to keep you from door dinging) just like a U-shaped plastic. that's the fix for now. i didn't have alot of luck finding a gromet as it was sunday night, and i wanted to get it buttoned up for the week. ( no time to work on it with school and work) . i would suggest true value, maybe home depot. or even your local parts store, hard to tell as all these locations have varying stock from place to place. my car is a fair-weather flier anyway, so i the only benefit from a grommet would be looks. it's in the works though. i do stuff right.

Only four fasteners for the tank...then it will just come out.?? bottom or after support is removed.??

you have to remove 5 push pins from the bumper support (these go through the bumper cover and into the support.) Next, there are four (4) 10 mm nuts ( 2 per side) that must be removed. Finally, there are two 10mm bolts that go from the top down that you must take out. After those are all out, you can take the bumper support out. I've had the best luck if you pull towards you, then rotate the part that is the rearmost on the car up and away from the studs. After that, you might want to take the black support out that supports the bumper support. There are only two 10 mm bolts that hold this in. I took mine out so i could paint it to match everything else, and so i had more room to maneuver. After those are out, you must take the electric connector off the WW pump, and the feed line. You could just pull the whole pump out if desired. just pull straight up. After that, there are only the 4 push-pins that hold the WW reservoir in. Pull those, and it's out!
