gauge pillar pod question

can I run mechanical gauges in a pillar pod? anyone? Hey fellas looking for a little advice, any of you guys running the A pillar gauge pod and using MECHANICAL gauges, I have not ever had one and wanted to know if you can run the mechanical gauges instead of the electric. I believe that mech gauges are more accurate than elec. but I do not know if there is enough room in those pillars to run the -4 hoses that my gauges require. I know that running the wires will fit fine? Thanks for the help.

Personally, I'd run the electronics. Eliminates the possibility of ending up with oil or whatever hosed all over the inside of your ride from broken lines. I would imagine the readings would be more linear and accurate with the electronic sending units too by virtue of not having pressure drops through long lines. Just my .02.
