How does this damage look?

Went to my car yesterday to leave for work and I manage to see this..

How does that look?

I hate my neighborhood. Can't wait to move in a couple of months.

Looks like someone kicked your car, or a jacked up truck hit it with a tire. That looks like rubber to me. Do not quote me on that, I am having a hard time telling from the picture

I used to be a detailer and as long as it didnt break the paint or the scratch isnt deep enough in the paint to feel, it will come off.

I had something similar and it all came off with a rubbing compound, besides a small scratch that even I (considering i know its there) have trouble noticing
