Default paint and tint questions

hey guys, does anyone know (i know its hard with just a pic) how bad this looks? Ive gotten quotes anywhere from $125-$400. The bumper isnt damaged at all, its just paint damage

and as far as the tint goes, has anyone else seen this on the the back window? its almost as if the tint cant adhere properly to the window because of all of those small black bumps on the glass. thanks for looking!

Looks like you backed into a power line ground wire. Itll probably take a light amount of filler to make it look good as new.

For the back window matrix; what a lot of people do is spray paint it in flat black down until the first defroster line. Looks really good when you do it.
