Help with halo wiring

The halo rings and 3 LEDs have there own bare wires. Does anyone know where I am suposed to wire these up to?

Whatever you want. Could hook them into your DRLs or to a switch or something like that.

I spliced mine into the parking lights. So when I turn my **** that first turn, then it's my ambers and halos.
