Advice and Opinions Needed!

Advice and Opinions Needed! While i was doing my calipers I got a little on the rotor and I painted the top of the pads Black also, anything to worry about, how can i remove the paint from the rotor?
I painted my calipers black with the bracket beind silver or cast aluminum, If i want to change the color completely can I just paint on top of that or should i sand or use some sort of primer?
Now for some opinions, My SS is black and im soon gonna change the bagding to the silver outline along with some silver or white berger stripes. Would it look alright if I painted my calipers red or should i keep them black and silver which is getting kinda hard with the two colors getting on each other. I would rather just make them red, but I am thinking that the calipers wont match the rest of the car. My engine bay has red accents and my Camaro Inserts is red c/f also ????
