Any pictures of the 3" tips on a TA? I saw one & thought they looked small/didn't fill out the cutouts all that well...

Are these clones you guys are buying the same size as the actual corsa tips? i've seen some clones before, and they look really tiny in the ws6 rear bumper cutouts.

Real Corsa's are 3.5" doesn't seem like a lot of difference in size but the real ones are very expensive now but do look a lot nicer and feel out the opening much better.

Okay, so if the AfterThoughtsAuto clones are 2.5" inlets, do I just tell the exhaust shop that they need to be expanded? Do I need to do anything other than say "Hey, I want these put on my car, cut my current exhaust pipe so they don't stick way out."...?

83TA02 has these Megs tips. I think they're 3.5" outlet each, so they should give a good idea of how the cutouts will be filled...

and these are 3" corsa clones:

the 3.5" look so much better, IMO. With our large cutout, I think the 3" tips get shrunk. I wish I could see a picture of the 3" tips from farther back to compare to the 3.5"s..

Thanks for the offer, I'm gonna pass though, I don't need to real deals or anything, the knock offs will work just fine, and they're easier on the wallet.

Is your exhaust system 3" to the tips currently?? The exhaust shop could easily just weld a 2.5" inlet to the 3" without needing to expand them. That's how my tips were welded on to my 3" exhaust system in my old Z28. Just cutoff the old ones, positioned the new ones and began welding.

Stock should be 2.5". Since your still with the stock system, they will probably need to expand it just a bit to slip over the stock pipes and weld it. Just watch and make sure the tips are on the way u like and arent to far out.

Any competent exhaust shop can expand/reduce it to fit tips. Like someone else said, make sure they put them the way you want them as far as how they stick out and how they tuck.
