Ar0ck, Can you give some details on those seats? They appear to be the Mad Racing seats is that right? How do you like them?

Do you know how much each of those weighed?

How did you mount them?

Is there any kind of frame in the seatback to mount the factory shoulder belt holder?

what size person do the mad racing seats accomadate? i'm 5'10" 200lbs, but i have a wide upper back and shoulders

My Arizen seats are the same thing basically, just nicer leather...I special ordered the wider seats...they are 22" across the base instead of 21" and they are perfect for me...but i'm 6'2" 195lbs with a 36" waist. I'd say anyone bigger than 38" around may not like the seats. Also, keep in mind, i'm talking about 22" width. The Madd racing seats only come in 21" width I believe, so i'd imagine that 38" waists would be the limit there.

As for the seat back, there's alot of room to grow there, so i'd think you'd be ok.

Wow, these are some old post's in here but I'll throw it out anyway. I have a 6 point cage and I currently have Sparco Torino 2 seats. I'm a large man (Ex Lineman) so I'm naturally looking for the widest seat possible and also having it fit within the cage. I rarely have the side bar in the car but if I go to the track I want to be able to put it in. Currently I'm looking at the Corbeau LG1 Wide. Will these fit in my 01 SS?
