hello need a little help

i wrecked my car and i am trying to get it back together with out the airbags cause they blew i was woundering if there is a way to reuse the passenger airbag cover or some how to hold it down thanks for all help....

its on a 94 camaro it the airbag cover it goes over the bag and when the bag blows it pops it off

If there is a wide enough "flange" I would think you could either "velcro" or adhere it down with a silicone adhesive. . .

Or quick and easy? . . . DUCT TAPE! . . . .
