What do you think about this Z?

What do you think about this Z? Today I was doin my normal weekly car shopping and stumbled at this dealer since I saw a black z28 in the back. It is for sale and wanna know if you guys think its worth the $ to buy this one.
-Black 1999 Z28
-Body looks mint
-Power everything, T-tops
-Stock tires about 85% tread still
-The apperance package (I'll prob take off and replace with WW GFX)
-Borla Exaust
-52,000 miles <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> (I think all highway)
-And the askin $ is: $14,700, I'd say $14,000 even.

Maybe you can drill them down...sounds a bit high for the mileage...at that point, I think you have to worry about brake pads, oil pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, radiator fluid, hoses, etc either needing to be inspected or replaced. I don't know <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> just my opinion.
