Hey everyone, Does anybody know the latest date to order a F-body? I have to finish the resto a sell the Challenger before I can order one though, and I'm hoping it won't be too late.

Better hurry the Camaro SS cannot be ordered any more, and I would believ the others aren't far behind.

 

Yep.. due to high sales the last day to order an SS was back on March 15th.. you can still order Firehawks and WS6's but not for long.. I do believe the OFFICIAL cut off date is sometime in August..

 

No SS's!! I was either goin to order one of them or a Formula. I bet they will cut production early in typical GM fashion.

 

Also, Scott S. mentioned that Tremec is out of stock on the transmissions ... basically you can only order autos from now on. They only have enough to fill orders already placed.

 

The Chevy dealer near my house has an anniversary SS on the showroom. It is not sold! I dont have thier number but the name of the dealer is H&H Chevrolet in Omaha,Nebraska. Ask for Dale in the new car department, he is my bro! I will tell him not to dick you around if your serious. It is one of the last in the country that isnt spoken for.

 

MRZ28, now that i think about it, every new LS1 f-body to come to a dealership in town has been an auto for quite a while.

Fast SS, I'm not big on the 35th SS stripes, I'll go to my local Pontiac dealer and see if they can still order a Formula for me, 6-speed. If not I'll have to find a used one <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
