All Your CAMARO interior work here..
The list of things I've done so far is:
-Rearview mirror with autodim, compass and thermometer. (Out of a ~00 Sierra pickup.)
-Dome/map lights on the T-top bar for MUCH better lighting than stock. (Out of a 98/99 Explorer.)
-Courtesy lights under the dash to light up the footwells. (Pepboys special.)
-Homelink (with roaming codes) in the sunvisor. (Sebring convertible.)
-MBA adapter/shiftknob.
-Shiftboot out of a Grand Am. (I duplicated someone's work, don't remember who.
)-160 sq.ft of Damplifier sound deadener
-StockInteriors black carpet.
-Lloyd embroidered 'Camaro' floor mats to match my emblems outside.
-200MPH GMS cluster with TA bezel.
-Molded center console with two Autometer gauges.
-Molded radio bezel with two Interceptor gauges.
This should be everyhting I've done so far, but may have missed a few things.
You'll see the carpet and mats in this picture.
They match rather well considering they came from two different companies.
This picture shows my cutout switch mounted next to my power seat controls.

All my gauges are visible here.
I've been through a few clusters and wound up staying with the GMS 200MPH cluster with the TA bezel.
The two gauges in the radio bezel are Interceptors and the two molded into the console are Autometer Phantom IIs.
The two green LEDs to the right of the shiftknob come on with their respective (high/low) electric fan.

Those green LEDs are connected to the silver switch on the right portion of this picture, that would be my manual fan switch.
Since there are two gauges where one of the accessory outlets was on the center console I had to relocate the outlet.
This picture shows were it was relocated to.
The piece plugged into my OBDII port is the power for my Interceptor gauges.
The small box with the silver adjustment **** sticking down, located under the outlet in this picture, controls the brightness of my Phantom II gauges.

Here shows my Homelink and review mirror.
They were both installed back in early '06 so these pieces have been going strong for over 3 years with no issues.
BTW, if you're thinking of installing a Homelink make sure you do your homework.

Since my mirror does not have map lights I had to install some.
This came out of an Explorer (and was probably the hardest thing I've wired in my life) and is MUCH better than the stock lighting.

And of course I had to go overboard with the lighting.

I installed two courtesy lights on the kicker panels, see here:
The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time

It shouldn't be an issue but I'd really take a look at how the unit fits before cutting up your headliner.
One thing you might want to take into consideration is that the Homelink unit is really not that small.
Installing it in your headliner may prevent your headliner from sitting flush on the roof ... and I'm not really sure that will look that great.
You'll see a bulge in ls2 baits visor, I believe he placed his over the cardboard skeleton of our visors.
Mine looks flush-mounted because I disassembled my visor and cut out the carboard skeleton in that area out.
I have a few extra Homelink units sitting around that I can take a picture of to show you they are not as small as they seem.
(I'm away on business right now. I'll get some pictures up when I get home.)
