window tint problem

hey guys, i was gettin off the highway today when i got pulled over and given a ticket for my tint...its obviously illegal since its 5%, but i was wondering if anyone in PA knows if they will get rid of the ticket if i get the tint taken off or what i can do about this...thanks

around here if u prove that the tint is legal by getting the illegal taken off or lighter put on the they will dismiss the ticket.
