Custom Interior...ALL PLEASE READ I am working on some custom fiberglass stuff right now, and i started thinking...what could i make that would really get people to say "wow, i want something like that"...something marketable ? i was thinking a CUSTOM middle console able to fit guages, switches, controls, etc. ? I would like any and ALL feedback on custom fiberglass parts that i could fabricate and possibly market ? All feedback is welcome......Thanks !!

most of us would rather HIDE all of our switches and controls
As for holding gauges, you could make an A-pillar panel, with the gauge pods moulded into it.
But most of use could easily buy a $30 autometer pod and mold it into our factory pods, ourselves.

Re: Custom Interior...ALL PLEASE READ I think some nice fiberglass stuff with a finish close to the factory plastic might be awesome. Maybe a nice gauge cluster that mounts in the glovebox or gauge pods integrated into the outer gauge bezel. As Stew above me mentioned, there are some decent products on the market that are already affordable, so you'll need to look to make some very unique components. It's good to see someone interested in innovative interior pieces for our cars.
