If you make a design then a shop that makes billet parts could mill it out for you.. i saw a guy with 383 badges done this way.. good for simple designs..
Companies that make cloisenel (sp?) pins and plaques could do this but it could be expensive with the set-up fee.. this would be the best looking most professional product..
Best to start in your yellow pages.. the pin maker could be under Trophy companies..
