in extreme cold weather. Ask them if it's okay, if they say yes test a small amount first. Finally use polish instead of wax since it doesn't have abrasives. Hope this helps.
Assuming it was painted with a factory type base coat/clear coat paint, you should be okay after 19 days. Call the body shop and ask them if the paint was air cured or heat cured. Here in MN most decent body shops have "heat rooms" to speed up the curing process

I had it done at the dealership "Holly Chevorolet" and they did use a heat booth, I have already used some KIT scratch remover to see if it would help with the bird dropping stain that I have, it helped some in hiding it but itt's still there if you park in a shade and look at it just right, the KIT didn't seem to hurt anything and I used it 2 days after it was painted.
As long as your not using an abrasive cleaner wax you are all set and there shouldn't be a threat to your clear coat.
Just do not use a clay bar, polish or anything that is abrasive (such as products that "fix" any paint defects).
If you have questions, e-mail me with the product you want to use and I'll let you know what I think joedavulis@hotmail.com
