ss spoiler question

ss spoiler question my car is a z28 and i put an ss spoiler on it ( 1998 so it is led ). now, i noticed that my damn brake light on the dash is on. would the led light in the spoiler be causing this?

i can start the car and it wont come on till i hit the brake and put it in gear. if i actuate the e brake handle it comes on and off.
i just drove the car. the light doesnt come on till in gear. even if i hit the brake while in park the light wont come on, just when put in gear...
