Question Water leaking through hatchback!

Does anyone else have a problem with water coming in through the hatchback? It's not much now because I already lowered the lock for the hatchback, but it still seeps in slowly when it rains. I was thinking maybe from the vibrations when I drive, but I'm not sure. Anyone have tips or solutions? It sucks having a swimming pool in my Z28!

I assume the seal is premo...

Put talculm powder on the seal all along it.

Wash /drive car , when water is gone or dry open & see where the leak is.

I basically know where the leaking is coming from, I thought lowering the lock mechanism would seal all around the weatherstrip. Maybe I need a thicker seal. I guess this is only a problem with my car since not many people have the same problem! My poor baby!
