Question T/A Vent Gauges

This question is for everyone with vent 2 5/8" gauges in their Firebirds.

Did you have to dremel the bezel where the vent used to be? The gauge doesn't seem to be sliding as in as easily as I had expected.

Thanks!

Nope, in fact the hole was a little large. I wrapped mine with some of that foam weatherstripping that you might use on your front door to stop drafts. Nice snug fit, but if i recall it didnt get that way until i had the gauge almost fully inserted into the vent hole.

Thanks for the help. After looking about it for a while I realized it was a rather stupid question.

I still have to put in two more, but you get the idea:
