Default Powdercoating Valve covers

I want to powdercoat my V/C's while I have them off of the car, how do I remove the little plastic baffles or whatever that are inside of them? I'll be heating them up to over 400 deg, so I definitely need to strip them out, anybody got any Ideas?

Thanks,
Aaron

They just pop right out. Use a screwdriver or something.
