Help with cleaning under car. Anyone know how I can get all that crappy dealer/factory installed undercoating off the bottom of my car? They sprayed that junk over everything and it really makes my car look bad and has cost me at car shows. The only way I know of to remove it is to use a torch and scrape it off but I'm not about to use a torch under my car. For all you people that enter car shows, what's the best thing I can do about it? Thanks
Re: Help with cleaning under car. If it's "factory" it shouldn't reduce points at any car show. I'd understand if it were really dirty or something but any real judge knows that we have no control over how that stuff is applied on the assembly line.

That's what you'd think for it being factory, but the last car show I entered, I got hit for that and for the orange peel in my paint <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> needless to say myself and a friend protested afterwards. I think the judges were anti-gm.

I like the one's where other guys/gals with cars in the show vote. Being judged by your peers not someone with an ajenda. Very few of us have concourse cars.
